We offer weekly residential services which include both trash and recycling disposal. We offer one 96 gallon sized trash toter and one 96 gallon sized recycle toter at no extra cost with your services.
With 96 gallon containers, you don't have to worry about running out of room for your trash or recycling needs.
Place your toter curbside at the end of your driveway the night before your service day
Toters should be placed with at least 3ft clearance from mailboxes, poles, lampposts, vehicles and each other cart.
Make sure that the WHEELS ON YOUR TRASH AND RECYCLE CARTS ARE TOWARD THE HOUSE so that all waste or recyclable materials are emptied.
Do not put anything you do not wish to be picked up near your carts. For example, lawn chairs, portable hoops, bicycles, etc
Service issues should be reported within 24 hours of your service day.
Unacceptable Household Waste
We do not handle the removal of the following items, but please call our office (540-724-3131) for guidance on safe and convenient rubbish removal solutions.
Major landscaping debris: Rocks, dirt, soil, sod, tree stumps, landscaping timbers
Construction debris: Concrete, bricks
Hazardous waste: Paint, motor oil, tires, combustibles, flammable products, dead animals, fecal matter, manure, friable or non-friable asbestos, rechargeable batteries, bio-hazardous material, needles, and other medical waste
Arrange for a Special Pickup
Physically challenged customers may arrange for special pickup. Please contact your local municipality for guidelines regarding special pickup.
